In 2006, Jeff approached Jack with an idea for a jazz jam band merging influences: from Ellington to Lennon, Tweedy to Wes Montgomery. The Soundogs are a collective of longtime musical collaborators and friends made up of Jeff Spaulding (guitar), Jack Scheerer (guitar), Bob Cohen (bass), Hugh Huntley (drums) and featuring Surry Scheerer on vocals.
Playing a mix of originals and classic covers, the Soundogs create a sonically stunning vibe for all ages. Book them for shows across southeastern Michigan!
